How to Give Feedback to AITable on Issues？

In your daily use of AITable, if you encounter problems such as feature bugs or technical glitches, you can follow these steps (using Chrome as an example) to give us feedback on your problem and help AITable fix it faster and optimize your experience.

Get information from the browser console

Step 1: Click 「...」 in the top right corner of the Chrome browser you are currently using, and select 「Developer Tools」 under 「More Tools」.

Step 2: Click on 「Console」 on this page, take a screenshot of the entire browser area, and send it back to AITable's dedicated customer service. Based on the corresponding screenshot information, we can more quickly and specifically troubleshoot and solve the problem.

Note: When 「Console」 displays a lot of content, you need to pull the border to enlarge the visible area to capture the complete information.
